Tikka Masala Meatballs


  • Cooking oil for pan
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 packet Meetballs (plant-based)
  • 3 tbsp Tikka Masala paste
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup water/ stock
  • 1 cup veggies of choice (carrot & baby spinach)
  • 1 cup Brown Basmati Rice
  • Bhuja Cracker Mix


Heat oil and cook onion until fragrant, add meatballs and cook until slightly brown. Add curry paste followed by coconut cream and water/ stock. Simmer until sauce is thickened. Boil water and cook Brown Basmati Rice. Garnish with Bhuja Cracker Mix for added crunch and spiciness.
