A platter that looks like you’ve put in serious effort but is genuinely just assembly. Works as an entree, snack, or light dinner — basically the most flexible entertaining move in your back pocket.

Ingredients

  • 400g roasted beetroot (tinned or fresh roasted), roughly chopped
  • 400g tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1.5 cups Bhuja Original Mix
  • 200g labneh or thick Greek yoghurt
  • Handful fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (if in season)
  • Good quality olive oil
  • Toasted pita or flatbread

Method

  1. Blend beetroot, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth (or chunky if you prefer texture).
  2. Spread beetroot hummus across a large platter or wooden board.
  3. Create a well in the center and spoon in labneh.
  4. Scatter Original Mix generously over the hummus and around the board.
  5. Scatter dill and pomegranate seeds over everything.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
  7. Serve with toasted pita or flatbread for scooping.

Serving Suggestion

Arrange on a large timber board or platter, with pita and flatbread on the side for dipping.
